The Irish Literary Society actively seeks funding and donations to support its activities. Since 2014-15 we have been grateful recipients of funding from the Irish Government’s Emigrant Support Programme. This funding allowed us to develop our programme to feature the very best Irish writers and academics and to develop ambitious collaborative plans. Such funding helps us to deliver an eclectic mix of events and to attract an ever wider audience with an interest in Irish culture. For the season 2020-21 we received from the Emigrant Support Fund £4,300, this funding is essential to our sustaining a high quality programme. We appreciate the support of the Irish Embassy.
